TOTAL RENTAL COST

Deposit We require a 20% deposit unless you are booking within 8 weeks of the start date – in which case we require the full amount plus the refundable security deposit. (Required before a booking can be confirmed and is thereafter non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause). This amount is required to secure your booking

Security deposit Refundable SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT. (Assuming there has been no need to claim, the deposit will be returned less than 14 days after the end of your stay)

Balance Balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
