Villa Coco is a spacious contemporary villa with 3 bedrooms and private pool located in a quiet area of Miramont-de-Guyenne, a traditional bastide town with weekly market in the Lot-et-Garonne countryside. There are many cultural, musical and artistic events held throughout the summer. It's the perfect base for exploring the many tourist attractions in the area.
The town hosts all amenities including a several supermarkets and many restaurants, cafés and bars. The closest bakery is a short walk from the property.
Ground floor:
- Kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar with bar stools, well equipped with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, plenty of crockery and glasses
- Double sliding doors to covered terrace and garden
- Large solid oak dining table and eight chairs, two large comfortable chairs
- Sitting room with two large comfortable sofas, TV with freeview UK channels (please note that is no WiFi but the 4G/5G signal is usually good and there are roaming data packages available from UK providers)
- Door to garden and pool area
- Bedroom 1 with double bed, electric fan, en suite room with jet shower, corner bath/shower, WC, insect screens on bedroom windows
- Shutters or blinds on all windows to shield from extreme heat
First floor:
- Large landing with seating
- Bedroom 2 with steps down to enter, double bed, electric fan, en suite room with double shower, WC, bidet, velux window, beams, door to balcony with bistro set overlooking garden and pool
- Bedroom 3 - family room with one double bed and one single bed, electric fan, en suite room with double shower, WC, velux window
- Shutters or blinds on all windows to shield from extreme heat, insect screens on all bedroom windows
Outside:
- Long covered terrace for al fresco dining, BBQ, leading to steps up to balcony with bistro set overlooking garden and pool
- Large private garden with mature trees and shrubs, not overlooked
- Pool approximately 8m x 4m, wooden table and six chairs, parasols, sun loungers (please note the jacuzzi is not available for use of guests)
- Separate building with access to shower and WC, for use while using pool
- Parking space for several cars

We all had a wonderful time at Villa Coco. It was great to meet the owners on arrival. They were lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation was very clean and surpassed our expectations. It had all the facilities required and more for a 10 day vacation. We were a family of 5 adults but the property is spacious enough to take several more. The French Gite Holiday website was easy to use and your prompt replies to our enquiries made booking easy.
